Well here goes for the beginning of my blog.
I have been thinking over whether to write a few words down now and again as things come up.
Through my work as a therapist, aromatherapy and reflexology, I come across lots of suggestions for people to try out for their own general well being and many people have used tactics and actions that maybe of help to other people.
For myself Yoga is still a mainstay, along with Reflexology, but I have recently added swimming, I have to admit not for the love of it so much as the fact that it loosens the muscles well. As the lighter nights are arriving I hope this swimming becomes a bit easier to look forward to!
We all seem to have more time once the light nights are here.
